This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver community-oriented clinical services in alignment with client treatment plans

• Manage a caseload comprising 3–10 clients

• Participate in monthly supervision sessions and team meetings

• Act as a vital member of the SP team to guarantee continuity of care and provide support services as required

• Conduct structured, in-person scheduled sessions based on treatment plans

• Offer services in various environments, including home, school, office, and community settings

• Provide the majority of mental health services in the community while minimizing clinic-based services

• Complete necessary documentation within 48 hours following service delivery

• Collaborate with and provide regular updates to the clinical team, including the psychiatrist, as needed

• Fulfill and attest to mandatory training requirements specified in TRR

• Deliver skill-building and case management services

• Submit reports punctually

• Foster the agency's culture, growth, and success through effective communication, accountability, and positive contributions

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with coursework equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention

• Demonstrated and documented competency as a Qualified Mental Health Professional

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Capacity to accept feedback appropriately during the supervision process

• Highly organized and adaptable

• Strong insight and judgment

• Proficient conflict resolution skills

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Capability to engage with children and families using an approved curriculum
