This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.
• Review new web pages, redesigns, and updates across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms prior to publication.
• Confirm responsive layouts on various screen sizes and major web browsers.
• Detect broken links, missing images, formatting issues, spacing discrepancies, and visual anomalies.
• Test interactive components such as forms, buttons, navigation menus, dropdowns, pop-ups, and CTAs.
• Conduct post-deployment regression testing to ensure that updates do not disrupt existing functionalities.
• Document bugs with detailed descriptions, screenshots, reproduction steps, and expected outcomes.
• Re-assess completed development fixes and confirm resolution before closing tickets.
• Evaluate websites from a user perspective to identify confusing or frustrating user flows.
• Analyze page structure, navigation, information hierarchy, layout, typography, and button consistency.
• Suggest UX enhancements to streamline user journeys, minimize friction, and increase conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to improve the digital customer experience.
• Conduct routine audits on live websites.
• Analyze user behavior utilizing Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Highlight pages with high abandonment rates or low engagement.
• Assist in establishing standardized QA checklists, issue-tracking frameworks, and launch procedures.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Website Quality Assurance (QA) and UX testing.
• Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken is required).
• Outstanding capability to identify pixel-level visual imperfections and subtle functional bugs.
• Strong understanding of web usability best practices and mobile-first responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools, bug-tracking systems, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple QA tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized documentation.
