Quality Assurance Specialist – China

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee supplier management and ensure quality of deliveries

• Supervise and guarantee accuracy of completion dates

• Work closely with suppliers and the headquarters team

• Ensure timely and effective product availability within the portfolio

• Evaluate supplier performance and offer constructive feedback

• Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers

• Leverage quality expertise to enhance ongoing operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in quality control

• Experience in the furniture industry is essential

• Strong color discrimination skills

• Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Capability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team

• Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and adaptability

• Fundamental computer skills, including the use of a tablet and basic data entry

• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to manage challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism

• Proactive in identifying root causes and developing solutions

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings

• Comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

• Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management

• Proficient in data entry, high-quality standards, and analytical tools

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adjust to shifting priorities

• Proficient in English
