Quality Assurance Specialist, China

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee supplier management to ensure quality delivery

• Supervise and confirm accurate completion dates

• Work in close partnership with suppliers and the headquarters team

• Guarantee timely and efficient product availability throughout the portfolio

• Evaluate supplier performance and offer constructive feedback

• Negotiate agreements with suppliers

• Utilize quality expertise to enhance outcomes for suppliers and products

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in quality control

• Experience in the furniture industry is mandatory

• Strong color perception

• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision, as well as effectively within a team

• Outstanding organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and adaptability

• Basic knowledge of computers, including operating a tablet and simple data entry

• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism

• Skill in identifying root causes and creating effective solutions

• Balance between independence and teamwork

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance

• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings

• Strong grasp of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

• Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship development

• Proficiency in data entry, high-quality judgment, and analytical tools

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities

• Proficient in English
