QA / Software Engineering Reviewer – Browser Test Validation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate browser-based testing workflows for web applications generated by AI.

• Determine the technical feasibility and reliability of browser interactions.

• Validate the isolation of tests, along with fixtures, setup, and execution processes.

• Ensure that assertions yield deterministic and clear pass/fail outcomes.

• Identify flaky tests, hidden dependencies, or unclear validation logic.

• Offer structured technical feedback in accordance with project review guidelines.

• Assess realistic testing scenarios for web applications that involve automation, test design, and software quality engineering.

• Collaborate with a team to establish quality standards for the evaluation of AI-generated software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, QA Engineering, SDET, or Test Automation.

• Extensive experience in testing modern web applications.

• Familiarity with browser automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or other similar tools.

• Proven experience in writing automated UI and end-to-end tests.

• Strong understanding of test isolation, fixtures, reproducibility, and dependable browser automation.

• Exceptional debugging abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Must be capable of working as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
