This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and manage AI-driven testing workflows utilizing agents, automation, and orchestration.
• Create and uphold a comprehensive regression strategy, which includes test prioritization, risk-based coverage, and maintainability of the suite.
• Collaborate with the Release team to establish testing protocols, quality gates, exit criteria, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Enhance regression testing through intelligent test selection, parallel execution, flaky-test resolution, and risk-based coverage.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance testability, failure observability, and the signal-to-noise ratio in CI/CD processes.
• Evaluate release risks, failure trends, and escaped defects to uncover opportunities for automation and preventative measures.
• Establish and advocate for unified QA standards, test-design methodologies, and regression strategies across product teams.
• Prompt, assess, and manage agentic test generation and triage using AI tools.
• Guide QA colleagues and assist engineering teams in adopting contemporary testing and quality practices.
• Engage in release readiness assessments and post-incident review sessions.
• Develop scalable quality systems that enhance coverage, speed up feedback cycles, and lower release risks.
• Demonstrated experience in owning QA strategy, test automation, and ensuring release readiness in production software settings.
• In-depth knowledge of test orchestration, including managing multi-step test pipelines, agents, jobs, and environments across CI/CD and release frameworks.
• Capability to design regression suites that balance thorough coverage with efficiency through test selection, sharding, prioritization, and parallel execution.
• Strong grounding in test design, risk-based testing, exploratory testing, automation frameworks, and failure resolution.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted testing, agentic workflows, or LLM-enabled quality tools.
• Experience in collaboration with Release or DevOps teams regarding testing protocols, quality gates, and criteria for production readiness.
• Ability to make informed trade-offs between coverage, speed, and release risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A systems-oriented mindset for developing scalable quality processes.

• Availability during core business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Bonus: Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar large-scale end-to-end testing frameworks.
