This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications utilizing Python.
• Construct and sustain backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Efficiently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software-related issues.
• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.
• Collaborate with team members to grasp technical requirements and formulate effective solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as necessary.
• Work with databases to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
• Review and enhance existing code, systems, and processes.
• Engage in testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
• Monitor application performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Document technical processes and solutions comprehensively.
• Stay updated with relevant development tools, technologies, and best practices.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in developing backend applications, APIs, or web applications.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proficient in using Git and version control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
• Candidates must be located outside the United States.
• Experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks is preferred.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or a modern frontend framework is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Experience with AI/ML tools or integrations is preferred.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow development is an asset.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or distributed international teams is preferred.
