PVD Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee a substantial customer portfolio

• Create quarterly and yearly sales forecasts by product/vehicle and SKU

• Propel business development and uncover new sales opportunities

• Identify new innovations, vehicles, and/or platforms that align with FOX’s business strategy

• Act as the primary contact for both existing and prospective customers

• Manage the customer quotation process for internal approvals

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Marketing teams

• Review, manage, and communicate customer sales forecasts and projections

• Maintain price lists and quotations in coordination with the finance department

• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers

• Create, present, and deliver customer quotations and sales proposals

• Develop sales business plans for key accounts and identify new revenue opportunities

• Acquire knowledge of the powersports industry, customer needs, trends, and updates

• Articulate FOX customer benefits, competitive advantages, and product differentiators

• Maintain and support assigned strategic customers

• Identify and cultivate new prospects and opportunities

• Lead regular meetings with assigned customers

• Engage with industry professionals to gain insights on business trends

• Attend and organize meetings related to sales, engineering, product development, and customer conferences

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to travel on short notice

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development & Management is preferred

• Over 5 years of experience in sales/account management within a related field

• Prior experience in technical sales

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods

• Visual capabilities necessary to validate and enter data on a computer

• Willingness to travel
