Public-Sector Leadership Development Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and lead leadership advancement and management consulting initiatives for municipal clients.

• Conduct cohort workshops, coaching frameworks, competency models, and resources for managers.

• Tailor curriculum to reflect the realities of public-sector leadership, encompassing councils, boards, collective bargaining contexts, and accountability to residents.

• Create program designs, evaluation criteria, and comprehensive reports for HR and executive stakeholders.

• Contribute to leadership-development content and performance narratives for AlphaGov proposals when authorized.

• Assist with current and upcoming municipal leadership initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in public-sector leadership development, management consulting, or delivering municipal training programs.

• Proficient in designing curriculum and facilitating workshops tailored for managers and supervisors.

• Willingness to work as a 1099/project-based collaborator with travel as required.

• Previous experience with Virginia or Mid-Atlantic municipal or county leadership programs (preferred).

• Coaching certifications (ICF or equivalent) or credentials in adult learning (preferred).

• Experience presenting to town councils, boards, or executive teams (preferred).
