This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute a detailed sales strategy to advocate for Spring Health's mental health services to federal organizations.
• Identify and rank target agencies, departments, and opportunities within the federal sector.
• Establish and nurture relationships with government officials, agency leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and showcase Spring Health’s offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to securing federal contracts while meeting sales and revenue objectives.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales materials.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market dynamics.
• Potentially oversee a small territory for the SLED portfolio.
• Achieve and surpass annual pipeline generation goals.
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals.
• Report directly to the VP of Sales, Public Sector.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• Over 10 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a federal sales position.
• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in obtaining government contracts and forming partnerships.
• Strong grasp of government processes, regulations, and legislative dynamics.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Deep commitment to transforming the U.S. healthcare system, particularly in mental health.
• Excellent communication skills with a thoughtful and collaborative sales approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to excel in an innovative, fast-paced environment and a high tolerance for uncertainty.
