This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Identify, research, and qualify resellers and system integrators that align with the public sector growth strategy.
• Maintain the accuracy of partner pipeline data and reporting within the CRM.
• Assist partners throughout public sector sales cycles, including identifying opportunities, navigating RFPs, and progressing deals.
• Develop competitive positioning and key talking points for law enforcement and emergency response applications.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for a designated portfolio of partners.
• Monitor partner performance against established revenue and deal volume targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams on partner-facing communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct, verifiable experience in B2B channel partnerships, business development, or partner-facing sales.
• Experience specifically in enterprise software or SaaS; agency, services, or staff augmentation experience is not considered qualifying.
• Proven, measurable contributions to revenue outcomes, including specific pipeline dollars sourced, partner deals closed, or quota achievement.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to articulate personal pipeline management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or capable of working US business hours.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strongly preferred: Existing relationships with resellers, system integrators, or GovTech vendors.
• Strongly preferred: Direct exposure to public sector or public safety sales cycles.
• Strongly preferred: Familiarity with government procurement concepts such as RFP/RFI, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and CJIS.
• Selected candidates may need to undergo background and fingerprint-based screening.
• Selected candidates may be required to complete CJIS security awareness training.
• Selected candidates may need to sign confidentiality and security agreements based on territory and customer assignment.
