Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Part-time, W2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote 55-minute psychiatry assessments and 25-minute follow-up sessions that combine medication management with brief psychotherapeutic support.

• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.

• Collaborate with therapists via the shared EHR system and designated consultation spaces.

• Work alongside physicians and clinical leadership, offering feedback to enhance clinical care delivery.

• Utilize data-informed tools and measurement-based care to customize treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

• Eager and committed to obtaining licensure in additional states; Two Chairs covers all associated costs.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering mental health services as a PMHNP.

• Experience in remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adult patients.

• Dedication to high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with a dedicated psychiatric team.

• Part-time W-2 employment status.
