This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Perform telehealth evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions for clients situated in CA.
• Collaborate with therapists and the supervising psychiatrist to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within the EMR system.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families.
• Stay informed about current psychiatric care practices, telehealth developments, and CME obligations.
• Manage a consistent and structured weekly schedule to promote continuity of care and teamwork.
• Valid NP license in CA.
• PMHNP certification in good standing.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Ability to handle a high client load during busy periods.
• Willingness to work under a salaried, non-per-session compensation model.
• Dependability and personal accountability.
• Capability to manage time, caseload, and clinical documentation independently.
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of psychiatric medications.
• Proficient telehealth skills.
• Familiarity with EMRs and virtual platforms.
• Clear and compassionate communication with patients and team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a collaborative care team.
• Dedication to providing equitable and effective care to diverse populations.
• Residency in CA, NM, NV, FL, or TX is required.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Pacific Time, with a one-hour lunch break or an alternative Monday-Thursday schedule.
