PSP Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of payment solutions across designated platforms, streams, brands, and geographical regions.

• Manage operational communication and relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), payment partners, aggregators, and platform representatives.

• Engage in discussions regarding commercial and operational conditions, coverage, limits, and enhancements in services.

• Monitor the availability, stability, approval rates, decline rates, deposit success rates, Reg2Dep, and conversion rates of payment methods.

• Analyze payment performance by platform, brand, geographic area, provider, payment method, currency, BIN, issuer, and transaction type.

• Identify the causes of failed or declined transactions and implement necessary improvements.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize payment routing, cascading, fallback, and prioritization logic.

• Identify operational and technical bottlenecks that impact deposit and withdrawal flows and coordinate their resolution.

• Lead the integration and launch of new PSPs and payment methods, including credit cards, alternative payment methods, and cryptocurrency solutions.

• Validate cashier functionality, payment redirects, transaction processing, availability, limits, currencies, and geographical restrictions before and after launches.

• Manage payment-related tasks and incidents using Asana, Jira, platform service desks, and other relevant systems.

• Act as the primary contact for operational and technical payment incidents until resolution.

• Monitor PSP performance and initiate corrective measures when performance, stability, or service quality is inadequate.

• Collaborate with teams in Risk & Fraud Prevention, Customer Support, VIP, Product, Retention, Technical, QA, and Analytics.

• Maintain an updated payment method matrix and associated payment documentation.

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on payment performance utilizing dashboards, back offices, monitoring tools, and transaction reports.

• Suggest and implement solutions to enhance payment stability, scalability, customer experience, and overall financial performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a PSP Manager or in a similar payments-focused position.

• Practical experience with fiat payments, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency transactions.

• Proficient in payment monitoring and analysis of approval rates and transaction performance.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret payment performance data.

• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and reporting tools; familiarity with Tableau is highly desired.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of operational and payment data.

• A proactive and initiative-driven work approach.

• Strong discipline with the ability to consistently follow up on ongoing tasks and issues.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and enhance expertise in the payments domain.

• Experience in the iGaming sector is a plus, though not mandatory.
