PS Engineer IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert customer IT service requirements into tailored solutions and contracts.

• Develop solution designs for development teams to implement and deploy.

• Streamline processes through the adoption of DevOps methodologies.

• Consistently deliver high-quality systems and enhance processes based on user feedback.

• Utilize Agile methodologies in project management.

• Oversee technical teams that build and deploy solutions for the financial industry.

• Identify and cultivate mutually beneficial solutions for clients and NCR.

• Support sales initiatives to boost revenue while ensuring the integrity of WCS operations.

• Offer expert guidance on pricing strategies based on market trends.

• Maintain responsibility for the operational and legal aspects of service agreements and SOWs.

• Engage and lead teams of subject matter experts for solution costing and development.

• Conduct thorough due diligence with clients and NCR delivery teams.

• Provide technical and service presales assistance.

• Prepare and present service proposals to customers.

• Serve as the technical lead during client deployment projects.

• Ensure all programs align with time, budget, technical, and customer goals.

• Establish and oversee procedures for program change control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with installation and administration of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.

• Proficiency in Windows services, event logs, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to troubleshoot IIS and application servers.

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation practices.

• Experience with installation and configuration of Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator.

• Familiarity with Trellix Application Control (Solidcore).

• Expertise in Trellix Drive Encryption/HDE.

• Proficient in Endpoint Security (ENS).

• Preferred: Experience with SQL authentication and troubleshooting database connectivity.

• Preferred: Knowledge in SSL certificate management.

• Preferred: Installation and administration skills for Microsoft SQL Server.

• Preferred: Proficient in network troubleshooting (DNS, TCP/IP, Firewall).
