This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary processing function for the enterprise VHA Post Go-Live provisioning capability.
β’ Receive, validate, and manage end-user provisioning requests submitted by site User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) and other requesters.
β’ Incorporate necessary identifiers (EDIPI, FedID, SecID) into provisioning requests as needed.
β’ Review the latest User Access Report (UAR) to ensure that requested access is not already granted.
β’ Create service records (SRs) for Oracle Health through eService and inform requesters and URACs about the completion or any deficiencies.
β’ Handle special-case and ancillary application provisioning requests, such as Health Data Intelligence, CareAware/iCommand, Cerner Direct, iAccess, and Dual End-User DoD/VA.
β’ Adhere to and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supported applications, escalating any deficiencies or unresponsive requesters according to established timelines.
β’ Update the MS Teams Planner Request Dashboard and MS Teams Request Feed with the status of requests, SR numbers, and resolution comments.
β’ Inform requesters of any deficiencies, inaccuracies, or missing approvals, and follow up with fellow URACs when a requester does not respond.
β’ Report directly to the Provisioning Operations Manager.
β’ Proven experience in processing identity and access management (IAM) or user-provisioning requests, including validating requester information and submitting access tickets.
β’ Familiarity with, or the ability to swiftly learn, the access-provisioning workflow of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) or a similar EHR system.
β’ Proficient in Excel and skilled in data-entry and data-validation practices.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, given the volume and sensitivity of identity data handled.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with requesters and URACs to address deficiencies.
β’ Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Forms for tracking requests and facilitating communication.
β’ A minimum of four years of relevant experience in identity/access provisioning or Oracle Health is preferred, though not mandatory for initial team members.
