Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic

• Concentrate on clinical care while the organization manages billing, insurance, and credentialing

• Establish your own hours, availability, referral choices, and caseload

• Build a varied caseload through the company’s referral network

• Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor to accumulate hours towards full licensure

• Perform mental health evaluations

• Create effective, personalized treatment strategies

• Work together with clients to reach their objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LMSW license in good standing within the state of Missouri

• A Master’s degree in Social Work

• Minimum of 6 months of practical therapy or assessment experience

• Maintain own malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

• Proficiency with EHR systems and various digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions

• Fluency in English

• Spanish language skills are preferred

• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses

• Expertise in developing effective, personalized treatment plans

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies
