Provider Support Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary support resource and main point of contact for Sailor Health’s network of therapists and clinicians.

• Oversee incoming provider emails concerning support inquiries, caseload queries, technical issues, provider-patient matching, and payroll/benefits inquiries.

• Address issues within your capacity and escalate matters beyond your scope, such as payroll processing, to the designated lead.

• Respond to provider calls in real-time regarding logistical, technical, or patient-related concerns.

• Monitor provider requests, holds, and follow-ups until resolution is achieved.

• Reach out proactively to providers to check in, assess their needs, and find ways to enhance support for their roles and caseloads.

• Provide warm, professional, and solution-oriented customer service to providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Canada.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Comfortable working hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone.

• Available Monday through Friday from 9am–6pm ET, with occasional flexibility to extend past 6pm ET when provider support necessitates it.

• Highly organized with impeccable follow-through.

• Proactive and adept at navigating ambiguity.

• Demonstrates sound judgment regarding urgency and ownership of tasks.

• Possesses a warm and empathetic communication style.

• Capable of troubleshooting technical issues.

• Skilled in managing provider caseload support, provider-patient matching, and addressing payroll/benefits inquiries.

• Able to resolve issues within scope and escalate those beyond it.

• Proficient in establishing structure within evolving startup processes.
