Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection processes for roles at various levels and within multiple sectors.

• Promote job vacancies and evaluate resumes.

• Identify and select suitable candidates based on the specific requirements of each position.

• Arrange and conduct interviews.

• Administer and assess skills and knowledge evaluations tailored to the needs of each role.

• Conduct final interviews.

• Generate reports on the recruitment process.

• Maintain updated records of the interview process and candidate progress in the system.

• Provide constructive and objective feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.

• Handle multiple recruitment processes at once, ensuring that all phases are organized and on schedule.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for diverse roles and profiles.

• Flexibility in scheduling.

• Personal setup for remote work, including a computer, dependable internet connection, and phone.

• Ability to issue invoices.

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification.
