Provider Recruiting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and effectively convey Nourish’s value proposition, policies, and procedures to Registered Dietitians.

• Enhance applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups to boost offer acceptance rates.

• Spearhead outbound recruiting initiatives targeting key prospects through personalized emails and phone calls.

• Oversee the recruiting inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to applicant inquiries.

• Monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics to enhance funnel conversion rates and guide hiring strategies.

• Work collaboratively with Provider Onboarding, Provider Marketing, Provider Strategy, and Product teams to elevate the candidate experience.

• Implement qualitative and quantitative process enhancements based on feedback from providers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.

• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage high-volume processes and multiple interactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to engage providers through phone, video, email, and chat effectively.

• Quick learner with the ability to take ownership of new processes swiftly.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and innovative process optimization skills.

• A genuine passion for nutrition and wellness, coupled with a drive to expand access to high-quality care.

• Proven success in fast-paced startups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or technology sectors.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.
