This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee five regions, each comprising one Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and around eight Provider Partnerships Managers.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Provider Partnerships Regional Managers through individual meetings, talent assessments, and operational routines.
• Ensure regional managers adhere to common standards related to performance management, territory strategies, coaching quality, and hiring/training processes.
• Promote the use of onboarding processes, playbooks, dashboards, input metrics, and other essential field systems.
• Convert national strategies into actionable regional plans with defined KPIs, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Regularly spend time in the field with regional managers to observe coaching practices, reinforce expectations, and provide feedback based on skills.
• Assist in leading partnerships with enterprise health systems, focusing on adoption, growth, and long-term success.
• Collaborate with health system leadership to shape strategies and address challenges.
• Work alongside Enablement, Operations, Growth Strategy, Product, Clinical, and Marketing teams to identify trends and eliminate systemic obstacles.
• Recognize and nurture emerging leaders, make hiring and promotion choices, and cultivate a patient-first culture.
• Maintain consistent performance standards, territorial discipline, partner adoption and expansion, strategic implementations, future leadership development, and feedback mechanisms between the field and the wider organization.
• Proven experience in building teams at scale.
• Background as a manager-of-managers with a history of developing effective leaders.
• Experience overseeing managers in a rapidly growing, field-based sales environment; healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships.
• Comfort engaging in conversations with senior-level external stakeholders.
• Strong talent assessment skills for hiring, promotions, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across different functions.
• Capability to translate strategic goals into straightforward, repeatable execution plans.
• A patient-first mindset and a commitment to transforming healthcare through improved nutrition.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and establish structure.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 1–2 times per month.
