Prospect Management Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute strategies that enhance prospect identification, segmentation, and provide assignment recommendations.

• Offer prospect management services to support fundraising teams.

• Design and implement processes along with communication strategies for managing high-potential donors and prospects.

• Collaborate with fundraising staff from various Business Units.

• Conduct portfolio reviews and offer consultations to fundraisers.

• Supply information crucial for fundraising decision-making and problem-solving.

• Work alongside Prospect Management analytics staff to capture, analyze, and direct major gift prospect activities.

• Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment in approaches and maximize outcomes.

• Oversee recurring outreach processes within Business Units.

• Tailor services to meet stakeholder requirements.

• Improve team systems and tools.

• Analyze situations, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.

• Occasionally travel and work extended and flexible hours as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience in managing and executing multiple projects.

• Background in supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.

• Familiarity with current and emerging technologies pertinent to the field.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in creating reports, manipulating and analyzing data, and effectively communicating results to non-technical audiences.

• Successful completion of The Nature Conservancy's background screening process.
