📋 Description

• Collaborate with proposals leadership to establish the strategy for the proposals function, encompassing intake prioritization and quality standards, while taking primary responsibility for the content management architecture and technology roadmap.

• Actively engage in content strategy, narrative formulation, and quality assurance for the organization's most critical proposals, working alongside pursuit leads as necessary.

• Manage the design, architecture, and ongoing enhancement of a scalable content management system that provides the sales organization with quick access to precise and engaging response content.

• Spearhead the creation of enterprise proposal standards, style guides, and review procedures that enhance the quality and uniformity of all client-facing submissions.

• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and marketing leadership to ensure proposal content and messaging align with the commercial strategy and value priorities.

• Guide proposals team professionals in functional and content strategy, writing techniques, and content library practices, working with proposals leadership to set broader team expectations and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 10 years of experience in proposal management or sales support strategy, specifically in healthcare, managed care, or health technology.

• Proven success in developing and scaling proposal content strategies, libraries, or knowledge management systems, with responsibility for response quality and win rates.

• Exceptional writing and editorial abilities, with a knack for creating and assessing executive-level proposal narratives.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare procurement processes, RFP frameworks, and payer purchasing dynamics.

• Familiarity with proposal management platforms and large-scale content management systems.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
