📋 Description

• Manage multiple significant proposal initiatives concurrently, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and timely submission for complex or strategic projects.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Senior Leadership to influence bid/no-bid decisions, create compelling win themes, and define solution positioning.

• Lead cross-functional proposal teams by offering guidance, establishing structure, and clarifying proposal requirements, compliance standards, and stakeholder roles.

• Facilitate executive reviews and approval processes, delivering strategic insights, identifying risks, discussing pricing factors, and making recommendations regarding proposal submissions.

• Assess and enhance proposal processes by integrating lessons learned, best practices, and industry benchmarks to elevate the organization’s proposal capabilities.

• Articulate complex technical and business strategies effectively and concisely to senior stakeholders, customers, and internal decision-makers.

• Foster talent development within the proposal team by mentoring staff, enhancing skills, and guiding team performance to support the organization’s growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering.

• At least ten (10) years of experience in people management along with a minimum of ten (10) years in the relevant field; OR a Master's Degree with at least eight (8) years of experience in people management and a minimum of ten (10) years in the field.

• May be required to secure U.S. Government export license(s) as mandated by ITAR or EAR U.S. export regulations.
