Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of FSP proposals spanning Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and other service lines.

• Collaborate with BD, Flex Solutions, and Operations to establish the proposal strategy.

• Organize and facilitate internal meetings for strategy formulation and proposal evaluation.

• Deliver final proposal documents to clients within the specified deadlines.

• Set priorities and target timelines for information collection, implementation, reviews, and approvals.

• Partner with BD and Finance to incorporate the agreed financial elements into proposals.

• Work alongside BD on client deliverables.

• Maintain updates in the internal tracking system.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related sector.

• Strong preference for experience in developing complex FSP proposals and budgets within one or more clinical development areas.

• Preferred knowledge of FSP and strategic workforce outsourcing models.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

• Capacity to manage priorities and workflow effectively.

• Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities.
