Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the content creation and knowledge management for Panorama’s responses to RFPs alongside the RFP team.

• Oversee complex projects that involve tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

• Evaluate incoming RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to ascertain required products, level of effort, necessary team participation, and company criteria.

• Work cross-functionally with Client Success, Engineering, Operations, Product, and Research teams to develop engaging and precise responses.

• Ensure proposals are compiled, submitted, printed, and bound accurately according to specifications when necessary, as well as manage the shipping and tracking of final copies.

• Organize RFP follow-ups and prepare for presentations to districts and state education agencies.

• Create a scalable RFP process and knowledge management system, which includes the creation, updating, and storage of documentation and collateral.

• Assist the Outreach team with content development for sales materials as required.

• Oversee the completion of compliance forms and vendor questionnaires.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in writing technical proposals and managing the complete RFP process.

• Strong writing skills and a passion for writing, especially in a technical context.

• Excellent collaboration and project management abilities.

• Capacity to convey key information quickly and effectively at both the “headline” and detailed levels.

• Detail-oriented with a comfort in following complex instructions and managing others to meet deadlines; possess strong proofreading and copyediting skills.

• Ability to write persuasively about technical and business products and services.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (willing to work extra hours when necessary).

• Ability to handle multiple proposals at the same time.

• A strong desire to make a positive impact in the field of education.
