Associate Director, Contract Proposal Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Lead the efforts of the bid team from the beginning of the bid process.

• Collect, organize, and store essential documents in specified tools.

• Perform credit checks and verify customer information with the Seller.

• Oversee bid budgets, create account IDs, monitor budget usage, and distribute weekly budget reports.

• Track budget status and raise alerts for any excessive spending.

• Ensure adherence to processes and participate in release calls throughout the bid phases.

• Aid in project planning by establishing milestones, organizing deliverables, and monitoring assignments.

• Collaborate with resources and associated functions both within and outside the Q2C organization.

• Secure approvals for pricing, credit, terms and conditions, legal matters, and risk evaluations.

• Support compliance tests, SOX tests, and audits.

• Manage process documentation and related artifacts.

• Prepare necessary documents and facilitate the transition for contract registration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment with familiarity in business controls and risk management.

• Experience in Go To Market (GTM) Proposals / Deal Design.

• At least 3 years of experience working with vendors.

• Proven business writing abilities.

• Experience in driving projects to successful completion.

• Demonstrated skills in leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
