This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, which includes managing schedules, requirements matrices, content assignments, review cycles, and submission approvals.
• Evaluate solicitation requirements to pinpoint customer priorities, compliance obligations, risks, and competitive advantages.
• Organize proposal kickoffs, strategy discussions, content evaluations, and final approval checkpoints involving Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Convert Enterprise Imaging and Clinical AI capabilities into customer-centric narratives, value propositions, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial Operations on pricing, assumptions, and commercial terms.
• Work alongside Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Information Security on contractual and regulatory documentation.
• Synthesize contributions from multiple authors into unified, compliant responses maintaining a consistent voice and accuracy.
• Equip sales and leadership teams for customer presentations, demonstrations, and finalist meetings.
• Create and sustain a centralized repository of approved proposal content, templates, product descriptions, security responses, references, and version-control standards.
• Monitor proposal activities, turnaround times, win and advancement results, and prevalent objections.
• Conduct post-submission and post-decision evaluations to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Proactively escalate resource limitations, risks, and decision-making points.
• Assist in transitioning from proposal to contracting, implementation, and customer success.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, sales operations, commercial enablement, or a related field (required).
• Proven capability in leading intricate, cross-functional RFP and proposal processes (required).
• Outstanding writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills (required).
• Ability to grasp technical and clinical concepts and convey them effectively to executive, operational, clinical, and technical audiences (required).
• High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities (required).
• Experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, medical imaging, artificial intelligence, or a similarly complex sector (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and proposal or content-management systems (required).
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to influence stakeholders without direct authority (required).
• Preferred: Experience with Enterprise Imaging, PACS, RIS, VNA, clinical workflow, interoperability, cloud technology, and healthcare AI solutions.
• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, radiology operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare procurement.
• Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA, cybersecurity questionnaires, data privacy requirements, and healthcare technology contracting.
• Preferred: Experience working with large health systems, imaging networks, academic medical centers, or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Preferred: APMP certification or similar proposal-management training.
• Preferred: Experience in developing executive-level presentations and supporting customer finalist meetings.
• Adheres to all local, regional, and national employment laws.
• Complies with data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Must maintain regular attendance as scheduled and demonstrate satisfactory attendance.
• Option for remote work.
• Occasional domestic travel for customer finalist meetings or internal workshops.
