This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Proposal Managers during all stages of the federal proposal lifecycle, which includes pre-RFP planning, proposal development, production, and submission.
• Aid in creating and maintaining proposal schedules, compliance matrices, action item trackers, and milestone calendars.
• Monitor proposal assignments and engage with contributors to ensure timely delivery of all required materials.
• Collaborate with technical experts, pricing, contracts, recruiting, graphics, production, and business development teams to gather proposal content.
• Support the editing, formatting, document management, version control, and quality assurance reviews of proposals.
• Assist in conducting compliance reviews to guarantee that all solicitation requirements are met.
• Manage proposal repositories, templates, lessons learned, and other relevant proposal management documentation.
• Generate status reports and relay proposal progress to leadership.
• Support multiple simultaneous proposal efforts while maintaining a high level of detail orientation.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to assist in business development and proposal operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or a High School diploma/equivalent with 6 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience in coordinating various proposal activities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen focus on detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting federal government proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, or other government solicitation responses.
• Preferred: Understanding of the federal proposal lifecycle, including compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and color team reviews.
• Preferred: Experience in coordinating proposal inputs and deliverables across diverse teams.
• Preferred: Experience in developing proposal schedules, action item trackers, compliance matrices, and other proposal documentation.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and other collaboration or proposal management tools.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Shipley proposal development methodologies and terminology related to federal contracting.
