Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Aid in overseeing all facets of proposal development and bid submissions.

• Assist field operations and business development teams in crafting proposals.

• Collaborate with Practice Leaders, business development, and operational team members.

• Gather and manage proposal responses in conjunction with regional teams.

• Evaluate and assess the quality of proposals created by others.

• Engage in proposal after-action reviews, process assessment, lessons learned, and ongoing process enhancement.

• Manage various response types such as RFPs, Requests for Information, Cost Opinions, and Statements of Qualification.

• Oversee the proposal development process from inception through bid submission.

• Gather, analyze, and convey proposal metrics and Key Performance Indicators.

• May take a leadership role within the Proposal Support Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA or BS in English, business, engineering, marketing, or related experience is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in developing and producing proposals.

• Preference for candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical and mission-critical sectors.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Capability to work flexible hours, including overtime to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in shifting priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and achieving high-quality standards.

• Ability to comprehend and organize large amounts of information.

• Effective skills in proposal coordination, including planning, organization, communication, and resource management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, along with a professional demeanor.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with customer relationship management databases is preferred.

• Ability to work within Adobe and Microsoft program templates while adhering to corporate standards.

• Team-oriented individual willing to assist the team with a variety of tasks.

• Ability to initiate and maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members.
