This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop calendars and milestones for multiple bids while ensuring compliance with set timelines.
• Formulate outlines to craft engaging, innovative, and compliant strategies.
• Produce proposal materials such as matrices, tables, graphs, executive summaries, and management strategies.
• Monitor Q&As; review and pinpoint changes, then document, disseminate, and discuss updates with the bid team.
• Guarantee that past performance and resume updates are completed promptly with relevant team members.
• Organize proposal kickoff, color review, and lessons learned sessions; confirm that action items and comments are addressed.
• Evaluate draft content to ensure the proposal is coherent, consistent, and adheres to compliance standards.
• Assist in desktop publishing to finalize proposal content.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing bids in alignment with corporate standards.
• Offer quality control and feedback on improvements in processes or procedures within the department and/or across functions.
• Help identify needs for and/or manage strategic library content.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and templates for a uniform appearance and style in proposal responses.
• Utilize the existing proposal response library to respond to recurring content inquiries and create tailored RFx responses.
• Minimum of three years of experience in writing and coordinating federal government proposals or grants.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint applications.
• Strong skills in editing and proofreading.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Capability to research, interpret, and analyze RFx requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Proven experience managing proposals for healthcare-related markets is a plus.
• Experience in writing proposal volumes, researching and editing compliant proposal content, and leading color reviews.
• Demonstrated use of established industry best practices, processes, and systems.
• Outstanding research skills and the ability to effectively gather necessary information from files, team members, and senior staff.
• Skilled at converting technical and scientific information into client-friendly proposals.
• General understanding of federal government contract types (IDIQ, FFP, T&M, CPFF) and a basic grasp of federal government procurement policies and practices.
