Proposal Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist the global sales team by crafting customer proposals, budgets, and pricing solutions for clinical research initiatives across the globe.

• Work in conjunction with Business Development, Scientific Review, Strategic Pricing, and Operations teams to produce high-quality, competitive proposals.

• Evaluate and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and study protocols.

• Create proposal content, budgets, pricing models, and necessary documentation.

• Understand customer needs and guarantee the accuracy of proposals.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and confirm information.

• Engage in proposal strategy discussions and client meetings.

• Perform quality reviews and ensure adherence to internal procedures.

• Maintain databases and reporting systems for proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of experience in Proposal Development or equivalent roles.

• Familiarity with reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions.

• Understanding of budgeting, costing models, and pricing strategies.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred: Experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO), Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical sectors.

• Preferred: Background in interpreting study protocols and clinical trial requirements.

• Preferred: Experience in customer-facing proposal or pricing roles.
