Proposal Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Organize, plan, and oversee requests for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs with varying degrees of complexity, urgency, and risk.

• Spearhead the proposal, RFP, and RFI processes in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

• Promote teamwork across various business units.

• Address inquiries related to the company's business operations and its insurance products and services.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary, and other experts in relevant fields.

• Develop precise materials intended for customers.

• Create final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and persuasive.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.

• Strong proficiency in SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Adobe is highly preferred.

• Capability to lead proposal, RFP, and RFI processes in a fast-paced, deadline-focused setting.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units.

• Must pass a criminal background check and verify employment, education, and licensing requirements.

• Must be bondable.
