Proposal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical protocols and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to establish pricing and proposal strategies.

• Support the Head of Global Proposals and Contracts in developing proposal strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with ACM and international affiliates to formulate a global pricing approach.

• Aid in the creation and formulation of proposals and budgets, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

• Standardize and centralize Requests for Information (RFI) processes.

• Assist in designing and implementing a global pricing strategy.

• Maintain consistency in global laboratory pricing structures.

• Act as a liaison between global laboratory partners and ACM Global Central Laboratory concerning pricing and proposals.

• Ensure proposals are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

• Engage with clients and take part in defense meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or 3-8 years of relevant work experience in a CRO, central laboratory, or clinical trials setting is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business or Sales Support environment.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

• Familiarity with pricing and contractual documents is preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce.com is advantageous.

• Exposure to industry-leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn is preferred.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday daytime schedule.
