This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Execute standardized, process-oriented property management tasks throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Draft documents, maintain precise records, and manage standardized correspondence, registrations, service orders, and forms.
• Oversee leases from the initial contract stage to the final amendment.
• Register tenants with authorities upon move-in and ensure deregistration upon move-out within legal deadlines.
• Handle administrative preparations for move-ins, including key receipts and necessary arrangements.
• Create lease amendments as requested by Property Manager Specialists.
• Manage defect reports and initiate service orders, including end-of-tenancy cleanings and mailbox-label requests.
• Prepare official initial-rent documentation mandated by law.
• Maintain partner and representative information in the Room Estate system and accurately assign service partners to communities.
• Verify the identity and solvency documents of tenants and prospective tenants confidentially.
• Process residence confirmations when standard procedures apply.
• Operate independently within established processes and escalate exceptional issues to the Property Manager, ready for decision-making.
• Proficient written English suitable for impeccable written administration and internal communication.
• Strong precision and attention to detail.
• Disciplined approach to processes and adherence to documented procedures.
• Capability to identify deviations and escalate issues instead of improvising solutions.
• Sense of ownership and accountability for completing tasks while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Self-organized, reliable, and capable of independent structured work with deadline-driven execution in a remote environment.
• Digital proficiency with the Room Estate system and standard office applications.
• Strong focus on data quality.
• Ability to handle identity, solvency, and residence data with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in German and French is considered an asset.
• Bonus: Experience in real estate administration, such as a Swiss apprenticeship in real estate management or completion of SVIT courses.
