Property Management Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client and tenant communications, as well as relationship management.

• Oversee daily property operations for the assigned portfolios.

• Manage portfolios that typically consist of around 70 units for standard account managers, extending up to 350 units for top achievers.

• Perform reading and writing tasks, primarily involving email communications and occasional outbound calls.

• Expand and develop assigned portfolios from approximately 100 units to 150 or even 200+ units.

• Navigate unique and intricate scenarios that are not specifically addressed by manuals or FAQs.

• Resolve conflicts with clients and tenants while maintaining a positive demeanor and strong work ethic.

• Supervise, mentor, and ensure accountability among Virtual Assistants.

• Manage daily operations, workflows, and assess team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in property management, specifically as a Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or similar role in property operations.

• Strong capability to oversee daily operations, workflows, and team performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, tenants, and team members.

• Ability to supervise, guide, and ensure accountability among Virtual Assistants.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills in complex situations.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting effectively to changing operational demands.

• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating fluently in English.

• Quiet home office environment conducive to work.

• Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with backup options available.

• Consistent electricity supply with power backup available.

• Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or equivalent processor.

• 8 GB to 16 GB RAM or more.
