Property Claims Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, develop, and coach a team of associates focused on investigating and resolving property and casualty claims.

• Establish expectations and reinforce standards for productivity and quality.

• Guide associates on policy interpretation, estimate reviews, documentation, and the claims resolution process.

• Utilize data, quality assessments, and operational observations to identify trends and enhance team performance.

• Assist the team in adapting to changing workflows, technology use, claim assignments, and business priorities.

• Address escalated or complex customer issues and facilitate complaint resolutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, clients, TPAs, and other claims leadership.

• Undertake additional responsibilities, projects, training, and development activities as required by business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a P&C Adjusters License.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience within the property claims process.

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory, management, or team lead role, including experience in coaching and developing team members.

• Proficient in using Xactimate for reviewing and/or creating property or contents estimates.

• Strong technical knowledge of property claims, including coverage, policy interpretation, and claim file quality.

• Preferred experience with carrier claims.

• Experience in handling high-volume claims is advantageous.

• Proven ability to lead through change, ambiguity, or transformation.

• Capability to leverage data to identify trends, assess operational impacts, and propose actionable solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in direct and constructive coaching discussions.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Ability to meet general office requirements.
