Process & Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance automations and functionalities within Zoho Apps

• Create custom micro-applications using the homebase platform with Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL

• Expand and refine the CRM through Deluge scripting and tailored functions

• Develop technical solutions via programming, Excel macros, or integration with AI technologies

• Evaluate, enhance, and document current business processes

• Formulate and execute technical solutions aimed at boosting efficiency

• Work alongside specialized departments to pinpoint and realize improvement opportunities

• Assist in the deployment of new systems and tools

⛳️ Requirements

• Foundational programming skills, such as JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or VBA

• Passion for independently creating applications and automations

• Strong logical reasoning and a good grasp of data structures and data models

• Keen interest in AI-enhanced development and readiness to utilize contemporary AI tools in daily tasks

• Expertise in Excel, data analysis, and automation technologies

• Background in process optimization and system integration

• Methodical, analytical, and results-driven mindset
