Projektmanager, Key Account Projekte

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will manage and oversee key account projects from handover to successful completion.

• Support operations in project execution while ensuring clear responsibilities, deadlines, and communication.

• Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring a professional presentation to our clients.

• Early identification of risks and bottlenecks, along with the development of pragmatic solutions before they escalate into problems.

• Assist in proposal and bidding processes, as well as prepare for important client meetings.

• Develop standards and processes within the team for the successful implementation of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• You take responsibility, bring people together, and manage to maintain an overview even in challenging situations.

• Technical education, further training as a master craftsman or technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, energy, or building technology.

• Experience as a project manager or in the execution of technical projects.

• A good understanding of technical processes and construction site organization.

• Confident interaction with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 2–3 days per week).
