📋 Description

• Offer project and operational assistance to the clinical team

• Aid in coordinating clinical projects and administrative tasks

• Support processes and documentation related to studies

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions

• Adjust to the evolving needs of the department and study priorities

• Proactively identify and address operational challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research

• Strong understanding of clinical trial procedures and study operations

• Familiarity with Veeva Vault

• Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)

• Capability to work autonomously and take responsibility for tasks

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Experience in coordinating meetings and managing follow-up tasks

• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be taken into account
