Project Site Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main on-site representative for GE Vernova.

• Act as the liaison between GEV's internal engineering/supply teams and the construction teams of KAPES/KEPCO.

• Ensure the safe delivery of equipment, maintain engineering quality, and uphold site safety standards throughout the duration of the project.

• Function as the primary contact point between GEV and KAPES/KEPCO.

• Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and align customer expectations with GEV's project delivery.

• Oversee technical documentation processes, including RFIs, NCRs, and as-built documentation.

• Confirm that GEV engineering and equipment comply with site quality standards.

• Supervise equipment deliveries, ensure inspection checklist readiness, and address any missing or defective materials while tracking progress reports.

• Emphasize EHS compliance and assist site supervisors with work permits and daily site logistics.

• Identify and escalate site-related issues to GEV project teams.

• Participate in regular progress meetings, providing updates on site activities and engineering advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification.

• Documented experience in construction or infrastructure project sites, particularly in contractor or customer-facing roles.

• Full professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and oral) is essential.

• Proven capability to manage multi-party technical documentation such as RFIs, NCRs, and quality documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of local EHS regulations and permitting requirements for large-scale construction sites.

• Preferred: Previous experience with High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems or major electrical infrastructure.

• Preferred: National license (Industrial Engineer Industrial Safety).

• Preferred: Proven experience in Quality Control processes.
