This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create comprehensive proposal schedules for new business opportunities.
• Develop project execution timelines based on scope, estimates, historical performance data, and resource availability.
• Formulate schedule narratives and milestone plans to enhance customer proposals and bid submissions.
• Work in conjunction with Estimating and Operations teams to determine logical activity sequences and project durations.
• Define project milestones, critical path activities, and key deliverables.
• Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analyses on proposal schedules.
• Identify schedule-related risks, constraints, assumptions, and opportunities.
• Perform schedule sensitivity and what-if analyses to inform bid strategy decisions.
• Review customer-specified schedules and suggest feasible alternatives.
• Analyze schedule impacts linked to scope, resources, procurement, and construction assumptions.
• Align schedule assumptions with labor and cost estimates.
• Generate schedule-driven resource forecasts and manpower loading curves.
• Assist in the evaluation of schedule acceleration or compression scenarios.
• Provide schedule insights for contingency and risk assessments.
• Aid in the development of cash flow projections and execution timelines.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Proposal Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Procurement, and Operations personnel.
• Engage in proposal reviews, strategy meetings, and bid development sessions.
• Present schedule assumptions, risks, and recommendations to leadership and customers as necessary.
• Facilitate customer discussions regarding project execution strategies and milestone commitments.
• Ensure schedules adhere to company standards, PMO guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Maintain schedule templates, historical schedule databases, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling processes and tools.
• Assist with schedule audits and quality assessments.
• Aid in project handoff activities from Sales and Estimating to Project Management and Project Controls teams.
• Ensure that approved proposal schedules transition smoothly into execution schedules.
• Document assumptions, risks, and schedule basis of estimate information for project teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, estimating support, or project planning.
• Prior experience supporting proposals, bids, capital projects, manufacturing projects, engineering projects, construction projects, or EPC projects is preferred.
• Strong preference for experience in developing schedules during project initiation, proposal, or estimating phases.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), Resource Loading, Project Lifecycle Management, Schedule Risk Analysis, Cost and Schedule Integration, Baseline Schedule Development, and Proposal and Bid Processes.

• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
• AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) Certification is preferred.
• Experience working within a PMO, Project Controls, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or EPC environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of schedule risk assessment and Monte Carlo analysis tools is preferred.
