Project & Program Management I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Plan and manage all facets of information and system-specific projects from their inception to completion.

• Supervise IT personnel and internal stakeholders by establishing project requirements and conducting feasibility and needs/impact assessments.

• Create detailed project plans and oversee resource allocation, progress monitoring, change management, testing, documentation, training, and timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Lead technical and cross-functional projects.

• Collaborate with functional teams throughout the initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.

• Monitor and manage program milestones, timelines, and overall deliverables.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, which includes schedules, reviews, process documents, and risk analysis.

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives while engaging stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Propel project lifecycle milestones from concept initiation through project closure and advocate for change management.

• Utilize metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to evaluate project performance and provide regular updates on the status.

• Facilitate internal process enhancements and address gaps across various teams and functions.

• Identify risks and recommend strategies for risk mitigation.

• Act as a liaison for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

• Organize and assist with regularly scheduled core team meetings.

• Assess post-project outcomes against metrics and suggest or implement enhancements to delivery practices and processes.

• Perform additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Ability to establish stable working relationships within the organization.

• Adhere to standard practices and procedures when analyzing data or situations.

• Knowledge of project management teams, conflict resolution, and adherence to schedule timelines.

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, documentation).

• Capability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.

• Self-motivated individual who can quickly learn new tools and become familiar with new processes and technologies with minimal support.

• Experience in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.

• Strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, along with attention to detail and accuracy, tracking and reporting metrics, and managing risks.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.

• Must be able to perform office-related tasks, which may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

• Must have the ability to navigate within an office environment.

• Must be proficient in using a computer.

• Must possess effective communication skills.

• Various certifications and knowledge of change management are preferred, along with familiarity with different project management methodologies.
