This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of highly customized commercial and industrial product lines.
• Take ownership of the backlog and execution of intricate, custom manufacturing requests.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration from initial concept through to sales, production, testing, and quality assurance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts or projects.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, supply chain, production, and customer interactions.
• Promote alignment between sales, engineering, supply chain, production, and finance teams.
• Monitor engineering deliverables, release of drawings, and change management processes.
• Keep track of the procurement of critical components and address any supply chain delays.
• Align project demand with production capacity and available resources.
• Create schedules, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as the customer liaison for updates, change requests, and resolution of issues.
• Identify potential project risks and lead the planning of mitigation strategies.
• Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Act as the single point of contact for quality assurance in low-voltage and medium-voltage projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in program management operations within a manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle processes and complex hardware manufacturing workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business operations including engineering, supply chain, production, and quality assurance.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with highly customized or made-to-order products is strongly preferred.
• Proven career ambition with a history of growth and increased responsibilities.
• Basic familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and backlog management tools.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage industrial equipment technologies is a significant advantage.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to manage stress effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• A current passport is required for international travel of up to 25%.
