This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Task Order Project Manager and the main Contractor liaison with SPD/CCPI and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Oversee a portfolio of up to six simultaneous pilots and related CCPI program management tasks.
• Uphold the Government-approved Project Management Plan, Project Charter, integrated schedule, milestones, RAID Log, and Stakeholder Registry.
• Create and manage a Portfolio Management Dashboard that tracks status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decision points, and funding.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with the COR and generate Weekly Task Reports.
• Prepare semi-monthly budget and schedule tracking documents, as well as Monthly Progress Reports detailing budget, schedule, staffing, and performance.
• Draft scoping letters for new in-scope requirements.
• Organize working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
• Keep centralized repositories, action trackers, and risk/issue logs updated.
• Collaborate with the Program Director, Pilot Project Manager, Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Specialist, and Technical Writer/Editor.
• Support the creation of executive-ready briefing materials for SES leadership, governance bodies, and Congressional reporting.
• Monitor approved scope changes.
• Maintain organized project files using version control and records management practices.
• Provide timely updates on status, schedule, risks, issues, and performance metrics to aid informed decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• At least four (4) years of experience successfully managing a large-scale, complex program involving multiple projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting a large corporation or government agency, ideally in a large health care organization.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.
• Must pass a VA background investigation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Preferred: Master’s degree.
• Preferred: Eight (8) or more years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs or projects, preferably within a large health care organization.
• Experience assisting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
• Familiarity with federal health care environments and legislatively mandated pilot programs, waiver processes, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience in developing executive-level dashboards, status reporting, and portfolio-management tools.
• Additional relevant certifications, such as Lean Six Sigma or Change Management.
