This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of Electronic Tolling projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
β’ Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and a strong focus on delivering business value.
β’ Act as the main contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation and management strategies.
β’ Ensure contract compliance while facilitating proactive claim and change management activities.
β’ Administer project budgets and resources to guarantee cost-effective delivery and precise financial reporting.
β’ Establish quality assurance processes to confirm that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
β’ Track project performance and implement corrective actions to uphold schedule, scope, and budget objectives.
β’ Provide consistent project status updates, reports, and insights to senior management and clients.
β’ Support the successful implementation of tolling solutions that enhance safer, smarter, and more efficient mobility systems.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 4 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager overseeing large, complex Tolling projects from design through completion.
β’ PMP or IPMA project management certification, or the ability to obtain certification within the first six months.
β’ Strong leadership and team management skills.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of IT and telecommunications technologies, software engineering practices, and industry standards.
β’ Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

β’ Must successfully pass a background check.
β’ Preferred: Masterβs degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
β’ Preferred: Experience in P3 projects.
β’ Preferred: Background in agency work.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
