This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the delivery of consulting services for designated projects.
• Design and facilitate cross-functional team meetings involving Support, Finance, Sales, Resource Management, and other departments.
• Create, present, and effectively communicate project materials.
• Manage client expectations regarding success metrics.
• Collaborate with the Resource Management Office to coordinate project staffing needs, including the procurement of subcontractors when necessary.
• Oversee the financial aspects of consulting engagements, including budgets, forecasts, and support for accounting tasks.
• Professionally resolve problems and challenges as they arise.
• Cultivate a foundational understanding of Red Hat technologies and stay informed about emerging technologies.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of Red Hat service practices.
• Align delivery strategies with Red Hat training and technical account management.
• Extensive experience in managing IT, software consulting, or change management projects.
• Familiarity with project management and technical delivery methodologies based on PMI, systems and software development, product development, or Scrum.
• Proven track record as a project or program manager leading customer-facing IT consulting projects and change initiatives.
• Capability to influence, assess, and adapt company culture.
• Demonstrated success in motivating project teams and individual contributors, as well as mediating conflicts.
• Experience with project management and agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for both customer-facing scenarios and internal interactions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in banking or financial services is advantageous.
• Travel may be necessary to collaborate with leading clients in the financial services industry.
• Scrum Master, Lean, product management, and project management certifications are considered a plus.
