Project Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate independently the Scrum ceremonies for three development teams operating on different cadences.

• Coordinate sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives for the assigned teams.

• Keep team progress updated and consolidate information into common reference points.

• Monitor dependencies between teams and elements of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

• Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner that could potentially become blockers for the teams.

• Support the Delivery Manager, Product Owner, and technical leaders in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports on progress, risks, required decisions, and changes to the critical path.

• Timely escalate ambiguous or high-impact situations related to schedules and scope.

• Maintain the integrity of sprint schedules and track dependencies across different workstreams.

• Coordinate the flow and delivery of artifacts and deliverables between teams and technical leaders.

• Foster alignment and effective communication among distributed teams and various program areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Facilitator, or in agile coordination roles.

• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies autonomously.

• Experience working with multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.

• Experience in tracking schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

• Proficiency in reporting and project tracking.

• Knowledge in managing and maintaining backlogs and planning elements.

• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and technical leaders.

• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.

• Experience in communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Desirable experience in high-complexity technology transformation programs.

• Desirable experience in manufacturing, industry, technology, or regulated sectors.

• Desirable knowledge of cloud environments and data platforms.

• Desirable experience working with geographically distributed teams.

• Desirable knowledge of program governance practices and change management.

• Desirable certification as a Scrum Master or related Agile certification.
