This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee all stages of project life cycles, including governance plans, schedules, objectives, milestones, success metrics, and financial budgets.
• Take ownership of project budgets, timelines, challenges, risks, decisions, and overall project success.
• Lead the requirements gathering process and secure approval on deliverables, design documentation, and user testing plans.
• Support customer governance frameworks while adapting to cultural and environmental nuances.
• Monitor project performance and assess both short- and long-term objectives.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Create and preserve thorough project documentation.
• Meet with clients to collect project briefs and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams across Europe, Asia, and the US, with occasional travel for training purposes.
• Track customer satisfaction KPIs and manage plans for improvement actions.
• Address customer concerns, document, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Serve as an advocate for customers internally and relay feedback to Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Prepare and present status updates and reports to senior leadership.
• Significant experience in a customer-facing position is essential.
• Experience in deploying systems within international telecommunications or government sectors.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale technical projects.
• Proven ability to work within a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong project management capabilities; PMP certification or at least CAPM is preferred.
• Capacity to handle and support conflicting priorities.
• Working knowledge of highly available architectures, computer security, telephony, and networking.
• Demonstrated success in coordinating internal departments and resources to address complex customer support or implementation challenges.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams.
• High energy level combined with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and web-based applications.
• Understanding of business continuity or emergency management practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field is a plus (optional).
