Project Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Graphic Communications ERP solutions.

• Create project plans that encompass resource requirements, timelines, scheduling, budgeting, dependencies, and change management strategies.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with approved plans, objectives, budgets, and documentation.

• Engage stakeholders through proactive involvement and consistent communication.

• Provide updates on project status, milestones, issues, risks, and budget versus actual expenditures.

• Identify, evaluate, log, and manage project-related issues and risks.

• Handle changes in project scope through established change management processes.

• Ensure project alignment with customers’ strategic and operational objectives.

• Conduct post-implementation evaluations and implement enhancements to processes.

• Complete and organize project documentation.

• Advocate for the benefits and value of project and professional services delivery.

• Establish trust with client executives and staff through expertise, quality service, and transparent insights.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client value through project extensions and additional initiatives.

• Manage the chargeability of Graphic Communications services resources as well as personal chargeability.

• Ensure deliverables meet business needs and compliance requirements.

• Maintain customer awareness and agreement regarding scope and contract terms.

• Secure signoff on completed deliverables.

• Oversee the invoicing process and clarify invoiced charges to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• A good command of another European language would be advantageous.

• Over 8 years of experience, combining relevant industry expertise with project management experience.

• Background in large-scale software implementations.

• Solid project management experience.

• Capability to develop and structure a project plan from discovery to go-live.

• Ability to manage customer expectations according to work priorities.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of persuasive communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of the print industry would be an added benefit.
